Version: 1.0
Date: 8 July 2026
1 Introduction
Use the status page to quickly see whether our systems are operating normally, whether there is a fault, and whether any scheduled maintenance is taking place. You can also subscribe to updates so that you automatically receive notifications of new reports or changes to the status.
Tip: are you experiencing a problem but can’t see a notification on the status page yet? Please report this via the Customer Support Portal. This will allow us to investigate your report further and keep you informed.
You can find the status page at: https://www.status.intersolve.com/
You can also access the status page from the Customer Support Portal. If there is an active incident, a notification will appear at the top of the portal with the text ‘Status Update’, including a ‘View Status Page’ link to the status page.

The status page provides an up-to-date overview of the availability of our key systems. For each system, you can see whether it is functioning normally or whether there is a disruption.
The following systems are displayed:
System | Description |
Domain and application health | Overall health of the transaction platform and its associated applications |
Connect | The Connect application and associated services |
Monthly and weekly invoice processing | Processing of monthly and weekly invoices |
Financials | The Financials application |
Trade | The Trade platform |
Card service providers | Externally hosted card services |
Reporting | Standard reports (such as Ageing, Float and Detailed Overview) and PowerBI/Insights. |
Communication Channels | Telephone, email and the Customer Support Portal |
When everything is operating normally, the status is Operational (green). In the event of a disruption, the status may change to, for example, Degraded Performance (orange) or Major Outage (red). An incident notification with further information will then appear on the page.

In the event of a disruption, we post an incident notification on the status page. An incident may go through the following phases:
1. Investigating – we are investigating the report and trying to identify the cause
2. Identified – the cause is known and we are working on a solution
3. Monitoring – a solution has been implemented and we are keeping a close eye on the situation
4. Resolved – the incident has been resolved
At each stage, we post an update with a brief explanation and the time of the update. Click on an incident to view all updates and the systems affected.
Via the History tab, you can find previous incidents and maintenance notifications, grouped by month. Use the Filter Components button to filter by specific systems.
Open a report to view the details and all updates.

Scheduled maintenance work is announced in advance on the status page. You can find these notifications via the ‘Maintenance’ tab in the navigation bar at the top.
A maintenance notice usually states when the maintenance will take place, which systems may be affected and what the expected impact is.
Would you like to be kept informed automatically? Then click on ‘Subscribe to Updates’ on the status page. You will then receive an email when a new incident is created or when an existing incident is updated.
Would you like to receive updates on just one specific incident? Then use the ‘Subscribe’ button for that incident.
Are you experiencing a problem that isn’t yet listed on the status page? Click ‘Report Incident’. You’ll be redirected to the Customer Support Portal, where you can report the problem.

1 Introductie

Financials | De Financials-applicatie |
Trade | Het Trade-platform |
Card service providers | Extern gehoste kaartdiensten |
Reporting | Standaardrapportages (zoals Ageing, Float en Detailoverzicht) en PowerBI/Insights. |

8 Incident melden
